Dampak E-Commerce Terhadap UMKM Di Indonesia: Peluang Dan Hambatan

Transformasi digital telah mengubah pola konsumsi dan perilaku bisnis masyarakat, termasuk di sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak e-commerce terhadap kinerja UMKM di Indonesia, dengan memfokuskan pada dua variabel utama, yaitu literasi digital dan pemanfaatan e-commerce. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring dan dianalisis menggunakan alat statistik, termasuk uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik literasi digital maupun pemanfaatan e-commerce memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap dampak e-commerce. Nilai R-square sebesar 0,834 menunjukkan bahwa model yang dibangun mampu menjelaskan 83,4% variasi pada variabel dampak e-commerce. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kompetensi digital dan pemanfaatan teknologi bagi UMKM agar dapat bertahan dan berkembang di era ekonomi digital. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam mendukung transformasi digital UMKM secara lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.
