Abstract

Penerapan konsep green hospitality menjadi perhatian utama dalam industri perhotelan modern. Departemen housekeeping berperan penting dalam mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan karena berkaitan langsung dengan kebersihan dan kesiapan kamar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi Eco-Green Housekeeping dalam meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dan standar kebersihan kamar hotel. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif terapan melalui observasi, audit housekeeping menggunakan room inspection scorecard, serta dokumentasi operasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan rata-rata waktu pembersihan kamar sebesar 7–8 menit serta peningkatan skor kebersihan kamar dari kategori baik menjadi sangat baik. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa Eco-Green Housekeeping mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional sekaligus mendukung praktik perhotelan berkelanjutan
