Analisis Beban Kerja dan Manajemen SDM pada Proses Perencanaan dan Pengendalian Produksi Kemasan Ramah Lingkungan

Penelitian ini menyajikan studi kasus mengenai analisis beban kerja dan manajemen sumber daya manusia pada fungsi Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) di industri kemasan ramah lingkungan. Penelitian dirancang sebagai studi kasus organisasi dengan pengukuran beban kerja menggunakan work sampling dan Full Time Equivalent (FTE), serta evaluasi kompetensi dan koordinasi lintas fungsi. Data operasional yang digunakan merupakan data studi kasus yang disusun secara konsisten untuk tujuan analisis metodologis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa planner dan production scheduler mengalami overload, sedangkan administrator PPIC underload. Ketidakseimbangan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan jadwal produksi, waktu tunggu material, dan intensitas penjadwalan ulang. Skenario perbaikan melalui redistribusi pekerjaan, standardisasi SOP, pengembangan kompetensi digital, dan dashboard PPIC berbasis data menurunkan nilai FTE ke kisaran optimal dan meningkatkan ketepatan jadwal. Penelitian menegaskan pentingnya integrasi analisis beban kerja dengan manajemen SDM sebagai dasar perencanaan kapasitas tenaga kerja dan peningkatan kinerja operasional pada industri manufaktur berorientasi keberlanjutan
