Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi Kerja, Dan Budaya Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada UPRS VII

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh budaya kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai di UPRS VII Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Sebanyak 85 pegawai yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh disurvei dalam penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga faktor tersebut berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Budaya kerja memberikan dampak terbesar (koefisien 0,470), diikuti oleh kepemimpinan transformasional (koefisien 0,243; t-statistik 2,789; p-value 0,005) dan motivasi kerja (koefisien 0,273). Ketiga faktor ini menjelaskan 75,6% variasi kinerja pegawai, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh nilai R2 sebesar 0,756. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa perubahan budaya kerja, peningkatan motivasi, dan penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan hal yang penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di UPRS VII.
