Abstract

Kinerja karyawan adalah elemen terpenting dan sangat dibutuhkan di setiap organisasi atau perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan merupakan kunci penting bagi perusahaan karena apabila kinerja karyawan baik maka tujuan perusahaan akan berhasil terlaksana. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen terhadap komitmen organisasional, pengaruh rekrutmen terhadap disiplin kerja, pengaruh rekrutmen terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui alat ukur kuesioner. Karyawan PT. Tunasindo Pratama merupakan sampel pada penelitian kemudian 100 responden dikategorikan sebagai sampel. Sampel jenuh digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel.  Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan Struktural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa variabel komitmen organisasional dan disiplin kerja dipengaruhi oleh rekrutmen, namun kinerja karyawan tidak dipengaruhi oleh rekrutmen, serta variabel kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh komitmen organisasional dan disiplin kerja. Kontribusi pada penelitian ini dapat menjadi saran dan masukan bagi perusahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan mempertimbangkan rekrutmen, komitmen organisasional, dan disiplin kerja
