Pengaruh Work Life Balance dan Career Development Terhadap Employee Engagement di Restoran Jepang Pada PT X Indonesia

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang kondisi work life balance, career development, dan employee engagement pada restoran Jepang. Selain itu, penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif dan signifikan work life balance dan career development terhadap employee engagement pada restoran Jepang secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di restoran Jepang pada PT X Indonesia dengan sampel sebanyak 104 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google formulir dan data diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Data diuji dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa kondisi work life balance dan career development tergolong tinggi, sementara employee engagement tergolong sangat tinggi. Selain itu, hasil penelitian menunjukkan work life balance dan career development berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap employee engagement
