Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Insentif Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di PT. Pharos Indonesia

Beban kerja pekerja adalah jumlah total tugas yang diharapkan dilakukan oleh individu, kelompok, atau departemen dalam jangka waktu tertentu, dengan mempertimbangkan kapasitas kognitif dan fisik mereka bersama dengan kekhususan lingkungan kerja mereka. Sebaliknya, program insentif memberikan penghargaan moneter kepada karyawan untuk perilaku atau hasil tertentu. Kinerja adalah hasil akhir dari seorang karyawan yang melaksanakan tugas mereka sesuai dengan peran dan tanggung jawab mereka; ini mencakup kuantitas dan kualitas pekerjaan. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji kemungkinan hubungan antara beban kerja, insentif, dan kinerja di PT. Pharos Indonesia. Untuk penelitian ini, total 42 peserta dipilih dari kumpulan 47 dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data meliputi pemeriksaan validitas, normalitas, reliabilitas, multikolinearitas, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t, uji-f, dan koefisien determinasi. Menurut hipotesis, Beban Kerja (X1) tidak secara signifikan mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan, sedangkan Insentif (X2) berpengaruh
