Abstract

Spinal anestesi merupakan salah satu teknik yang umum digunakan pada tindakan operasi ekstremitas bawah, seperti transurethral resection of the prostate dan ureterorenoscopy. Salah satu efek samping dari anestesi ini adalah blok motorik yang dapat memperlambat pemulihan fungsi ekstremitas bawah. Latihan range of motion merupakan intervensi nonfarmakologis yang dapat mempercepat pemulihan blok motorik melalui peningkatan aliran darah perifer dan stimulasi neuromuskular. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas latihan range of motion terhadap skor pemulihan motorik berdasarkan Bromage Score pada pasien pascaoperasi di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif komparatif dengan total 30 responden yang terbagi menjadi dua kelompok tindakan. Pengukuran dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai p = 0,000, yang mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan. Sementara itu, hasil uji Mann-Whitney menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kedua kelompok (p = 0,055), meskipun secara deskriptif kelompok ureterorenoscopy menunjukkan hasil lebih tinggi. Latihan range of motion terbukti efektif dalam mempercepat pemulihan motorik pasca anestesi spinal dan dapat diterapkan dalam praktik keperawatan.
