Sistem Penilaian Kinerja Guru Dengan Regresi Linier: Studi Kasus TPA Al-Husna

Penilaian kinerja guru merupakan aspek penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPA). Namun, proses evaluasi di TPA Al-Husna masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga hasilnya sering tidak objektif, kurang terdokumentasi, dan menyulitkan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem informasi berbasis web untuk penilaian kinerja guru menggunakan algoritma regresi linear berganda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, serta pendekatan pengembangan perangkat lunak model Waterfall. Sistem yang dikembangkan memiliki tiga level pengguna, yaitu admin, kepala sekolah, dan guru. Algoritma regresi linear berganda diterapkan dengan empat variabel penilaian (pedagogik, profesional, sosial, dan kepribadian) untuk menghasilkan prediksi kinerja yang terklasifikasi ke dalam kategori “Layak”, “Perlu Evaluasi”, dan “Belum Layak”. Hasil pengujian black box menunjukkan seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai kebutuhan, sementara antarmuka sistem memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan input, pengolahan, serta pelaporan data. Kesimpulannya, sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, objektivitas, dan transparansi dalam penilaian kinerja guru, serta dapat menjadi dasar pengambilan keputusan yang lebih akurat di lingkungan TPA
