Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi kerangka kerja IT Governance berbasis COBIT 2019 untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional di PT Trilogi Jaya Sakti, sebuah perusahaan outsourcing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi IT Governance berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi operasional hingga 30%, mengurangi waktu penyelesaian tugas, serta meningkatkan akurasi data dan produktivitas karyawan. Selain itu, risiko keamanan informasi berhasil diminimalkan melalui kontrol akses berbasis peran dan teknologi enkripsi, sementara kepatuhan terhadap regulasi meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan. Tantangan utama dalam implementasi meliputi resistensi karyawan, keterbatasan anggaran, dan integrasi sistem lama dengan teknologi baru, yang diatasi melalui strategi pelatihan intensif dan pendekatan bertahap. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya IT Governance dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan efektivitas perusahaan outsourcing.
