Transformasi Infrastruktur TI Era Digital: Implementasi Cloud Computing Dan Edge Computing

Perkembangan infrastruktur teknologi informasi mengalami transformasi signifikan di era digital yang menuntut organisasi menyediakan layanan cepat, andal, dan skalabel dengan biaya efisien. Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi cloud computing dan edge computing sebagai solusi tantangan infrastruktur TI modern dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi literatur dan analisis studi kasus dari lima organisasi berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan cloud computing mengurangi biaya infrastruktur hingga 48% dengan model pembayaran pay-as-you-go, sementara edge computing memberikan pengurangan latensi hingga 70% untuk aplikasi real-time. Integrasi kedua teknologi menciptakan infrastruktur hybrid yang mengoptimalkan pemrosesan data time-sensitive di edge dan analitik kompleks di cloud, meningkatkan efisiensi bandwidth hingga 60%. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa transformasi infrastruktur TI melalui adopsi cloud dan edge computing menjadi keharusan strategis bagi organisasi untuk meningkatkan agilitas bisnis dan daya saing di era digital
