Pengaruh Tayangan Kartun Chibi Maruko Chan Terhadap Mood Positif Mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Muria Kudus

Mahasiswa sering mengalami penurunan mood akibat tuntutan akademik yang padat. Salah satu alternatif yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu meningkatkan suasana hati adalah tayangan kartun komedi yang mampu menghadirkan emosi positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh tayangan kartun Chibi Maruko-chan terhadap mood positif mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Muria Kudus. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest yang melibatkan 16 mahasiswa semester 4. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS) dan dianalisis dengan Paired Samples t-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan afek positif setelah intervensi, ditandai dengan kenaikan skor rata-rata dari 35,31 menjadi 38,44 (p = 0,020). Selain itu, afek negatif mengalami penurunan dari 31,56 menjadi 22,56 (p = 0,003). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa tayangan kartun Chibi Maruko-chan yang dikombinasikan dengan refleksi kelompok melalui Pelatihan TAKACHAN efektif meningkatkan mood positif sekaligus menurunkan emosi negatif mahasiswa. Dengan demikian, intervensi ini berpotensi menjadi alternatif sederhana untuk mendukung kesejahteraan emosional mahasiswa.
