Pengaruh Dukungan Sosial terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Dengan School Well-being sebagai Mediasi
Abstract
Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan partisipasi dari 80 individu dan mencakup variabel mediasi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa school well-being berperan sebagai mediator sebagian dalam hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan motivasi belajar. Meskipun efek tidak langsung dari school well-being terhadap motivasi belajar cenderung kecil, hal ini menyoroti pentingnya kesejahteraan di lingkungan sekolah dalam menjelaskan keterkaitan tersebut. Model penelitian memiliki koefisien determinasi (R^2) sebesar 23%, yang mencerminkan seberapa baik model tersebut dapat menjelaskan variasi motivasi belajar. Walaupun hasilnya signifikan secara statistik dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,0467, namun tanda bahwa model belum sepenuhnya mampu menjelaskan variasi motivasi belajar perlu mendapat perhatian.
