Pengaruh Sumber Daya Manusia Tenaga Teknologi Informasi di Indonesia dalam Era Kemajuan Teknologi

Era kemajuan teknologi yang pesat membawa dampak signifikan terhadap berbagai sektor, termasuk sektor sumber daya manusia tenaga teknologi informasi (TI) di Indonesia. Studi ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tinjauan literatur sistematis (Systematic Literature Review, SLR) guna mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan mengkaji pengaruh kemajuan teknologi terhadap sumber daya manusia TI di Indonesia. Melalui SLR, artikel ini mengeksplorasi tantangan, peluang, serta kebutuhan keterampilan yang diperlukan dalam era digital saat ini. Temuan menunjukkan peningkatan permintaan keterampilan spesifik seperti analisis data dan keamanan siber, serta kebutuhan untuk memperbaiki kualitas pendidikan dan pelatihan. Teridentifikasi juga tantangan seperti kesenjangan keterampilan dan adaptasi teknologi yang lambat. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang mendalam mengenai perkembangan sumber daya manusia TI di Indonesia dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk kebijakan serta praktik di masa depan, dengan tujuan mempersiapkan tenaga kerja yang kompeten dan siap menghadapi perubahan teknologi yang cepat.
