Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem pakar berbasis web untuk diagnosis awal penyakit liver dengan menggunakan metode Certainty Factor, yang mampu mengakomodasi ketidakpastian diagnosis melalui perhitungan tingkat keyakinan berdasarkan nilai kepercayaan pakar (MB) dan nilai ketidakpercayaan (MD). Data sekunder yang digunakan berasal dari Rumah Sakit Pertamina Pangkalan Brandan tahun 2025, dengan 20 data uji pasien. Sistem pakar ini berhasil memberikan diagnosis penyakit liver beserta tingkat keyakinannya dalam bentuk persentase, dengan nilai diagnosis berkisar antara 48,8% hingga 99,78%, meningkat pada kombinasi gejala yang lebih lengkap. Pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box Testing menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai harapan. Keunggulan utama penelitian ini terletak pada penerapan metode Certainty Factor dengan pendekatan yang adaptif dan dinamis, sehingga meningkatkan konsistensi dan akurasi diagnosis dibandingkan sistem sebelumnya. Sistem ini dapat menjadi alat bantu digital yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dan mempercepat deteksi dini penyakit liver, terutama di wilayah dengan keterbatasan akses pelayanan kesehatan.
